Your RWPZoo membership can be used at the Museum of Science, Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo in MA and at the Mystic Aquarium and Beardsley Zoo in CT. We do not have a reciprocal agreement with Capron Park or Buttonwoods Zoo. A full listing can be found here.
It generally takes 5-10 business days to process and mail the new membership card. During busier times of the year (April – June) please allow up to an additional 5 business days.
If you purchased your membership online or at Roger Williams Park Zoo, you may use your confirmation form/receipt with a valid form of ID to visit us before your new card arrives. If you paid by mail, please call us at (401) 941-3910 ext. 375 (Monday-Friday, from 8am – 4pm or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your request.
Sorry, your membership is non-transferable and valid only for you and the immediate family members who qualify under your membership. The Family Plus and Zookeeper levels will allow extra guests with each visit, so upgrading may be right for you. A Zoo membership makes a great gift any time of year for friends or family who wish to come to the Zoo with you!
You can add a nanny/caregiver as a third name on a Family Plus or Zookeeper level membership. They will need to bring the membership card and a valid ID when they visit. You can upgrade to the Family Plus or Zookeeper level at any time during your membership cycle at the admissions gate or by calling us at (401) 941-3910 ext.369. If you do not wish for the caregiver’s name to be on the card, please send a note and the membership card giving permission for the caregiver to use your membership.
We charge $5.00 for replacement cards to cover our processing and mailing costs. Replacement cards can be purchased online or at the admissions gate during your next visit. Additionally, you may call us at (401) 941-3910 ext. 369 to make a payment with a credit card.
We do not share your information with any other institution and therefore, they cannot look you up in their system. If you are planning a trip to another institution, please call us ahead of time (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) or email us at email@example.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please be aware that we cannot call another institution on your behalf.
Please send a detailed email with the updated information and your current membership ID number (if known) and we will update your records.
Please call us during our business hours of 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday to make a change and request a new card. There is a $5.00 charge for a replacement card to cover processing costs.
