The Zoo is open Thursday-Monday from 10 am – 4 pm for the fall and winter seasons.
If you see tickets for sale, it means we are OPEN that day! For all ticket assistance questions, email info@rwpzoo.org. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Simply show your digital membership card and a photo ID at any ticket booth for entry on the day of your visit.
The Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! An email link to your digital card will automatically be sent after purchasing or renewing your membership. Easily add your digital membership card to your smartphone digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Play).
